| Ahhhhh....and my new aviary.....in my studio ....repainted Greige!...and soon to hold seven finches or parakeets ( does anyone have any thoughts on which birds are best to choose??)....each one chosen by a granddaugther.....so their songs will fill my heart while I create :) Life is good! |

My aunt owns a bird supply store and hand raises birds up in NH so she may be able to direct you a bit more on birds. I had a parakeet when I was younger but I've little experience with finches.

Everything looks wonderful!! specially the first antique style sofa.. I should make a trip up there since I am very close :) Great finds!
Hi Marilyn, I have kept birds and bred them I think you would probably be best with small finches or canaries that are compatable with each other. Parakeets should have lots of room to fly and need a big aviary especially if you intend having seven. If you need any help just email me.
