I created the piece "Seascape" last year, but I never really liked the head.....so I lopped it off and sculpted a new one. I'm much happier now. :) I hope she is too. Here is "before"...... and then "after".
Oh my....I like both of the heads and agree with Tinypearl's comment. Both of them are fabulous and express a different feeling, so in the end it is what you are most happy with.

I don't know why you didn't like the first head. Her face is a more "knowing" look and has experienced life.
The new face looks younger and has a look of "what magic is yet to come my way".
