We are in Cathar Country. Beautiful and haunting ruins of castles on distant hilltops.
In America there would be an entrance fee, pathways to stay on, and certainly one would never be able to wander freely, slipping back into history and imagination. This is fantastic!
Just the 4 of us....climbing in and out of memories.
