Pretty! Up here we call that hoar frost, and in the morning, if the sun hits it on the trees it is like millions of diamonds.

Once the sun is out though, you have to be fast
as the frost disappears quickly.

poor sweet bird ... though there is something quite beautiful in its frostiness against the stones & the fields looks pretty amazing, too.

I agree...there IS something very very beautiful about that sweet frozen little form that caught my eye.
A sparkling shell where spirit once dwelled.
